Nah, it'll happen gradually, over the course of the whole season. It'll be like the BSG version of an old-fashioned witch hunt - you know, where they would submerge a woman in water and if she drowned she was innocent? They'll shoot everyone to figure out who the final cylon is. If they don't reappear, well, guess it wasn't them.
