Montana Trip!
Many pictures were taken, much fun was had!
We started out arriving a little later than planned and got ready in about 15 minutes. I therefore accidentally discovered that off center center parts are the way to go. I wore my black dress, Sarah her new 1870 dress, and Sarah's husband, men's things :)
The next day we wore our sheer dresses and took the train to Nevada City.
And I got a little tired--before the train ride there and back :)
But wait, there was a ball! And the Very Funny thing was, I got a zillion hair compliments. Because anyone who's heard me whine, knows I do bare minimum with hair. My hair was slightly out of date for the dress, but it felt icky after the day, so restyling it was. My standard something curly in front, some kind of fake bun in back :)
Also, I forgot ribbon to lace my ball gown. Fortunately one of my chemises had a white ribbon to lend a hand!
Then the next day we went to a period church service.
