I hate when people pressure me to buy things I don't want. Today at the gym, my trainer started his little required speel about what plan do I want on top of my monthly fees. $1290 for 24 visits, sorry no ones time is worth that much to me. I think I can remember how to use the machines well enough on my own.

I have to admit that the trainers can keep you motivated. Luke had one that would call him at home if he didn't show up and berate him on his answering machine. :P
