Pesach camping
My family is going Pesach camping this weekend! Does anyone else have any interesting camping recipes that are Passover friendly?
We've already decided to attempt matzah brei over the campfire, planning on baked potatoes baked in coals, matzah-smores (what are the best kosher marshmallows?) and some sort of ground-beef-and-veggies thing wrapped in tin foil.
We could seriously use some others.
The grocery stores in (non-super Jewish) Tallahassee don't have kosher l'Pesach salami anymore, and that makes me really sad :(
