SHolmes V. I . Yeeeeeeeeeah
So, after several months of on and off reading, I finally finished Volume One of the Sherlock Holmes collection. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck yeah I love it so much oh god.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I skipped two or three stories because they were "meh," but everything else was grrrrrrrrreat. It's kind of sad that it's over but there's still VOLUME TWO and I can always RE-READ.
Something funny about reading the books: When I started, I'd read Watson's voice as Jude Law's voice and Holmes' voice as RDJ and picture them both. It was pretty damn amusing. But then, more than halfway through volume one, I watched some of the Grenada series and the Holmes' voice that I read would switch from RDJ to Jeremy Brett. And it stayed this way until I finished Volume I. It's fun fun fun.
Idk. I'm sure after watching a movie then reading the book that the movie was based off of you guys picture/hear the characters from the movie. Or do you try to block it out and create your own look/voice for the character? (THIS QUESTION IS POSED TO WHOEVER, WHICH IS PROBABLY NO ONE, IS READING THIS). ;333
