I have been highly lax in my duties...
Well... where to start... I haven't posted in a long time, so this is me trying to get going again with writing in this thing... Not sure how much I want to backtrack, so for the moment, I'll start by being vague, and then move on to today...
So, first and foremost... I'm a dumb ass... My head has been completely random and tossed about like a rowboat in the middle of an ocean storm. I need to get a hold of myself again and hopefully establish some control over my head and my heart...
My heart has lots of reasons to be happy, and a few reasons to be unhappy... my head has lots of reasons to be unhappy... I'm working on it. I should be able to figure something out as time continues...
I got a TENS unit today... I asked my chiropractor today about getting one and charging it through my insurance, and he said it was no problem, so he handed me one before I left my appointment today. My back will be much happier soon I think. My insurance is really pretty cool, except when I'm getting prescriptions... lol
