brawl life
I woke up at 4 today, 3 yesterday, and 5:30 the day before.
Brawl is pretty much as amazing as a game can get.
It's true. You see, within Brawl, you have trial versions of some of the best games in history, such as Ocarina of Time and the original Zelda. So, given that the best games ever are within a game that's already amazing alone, Brawl is in fact, the best game ever.
Tomorrow, I'm going to the city to see Goran and Suzanne. Friday, I'm going down to DC to see Tsao and 27. Tuesday, I return to Vassar campus at some extraordinarily late hour. Watch out, here comes Justice! (Apollo Justice...) Then, I'll drive home for a day or two that weekend to get an emissions test and spend some time with my parents.
Recently, I bought a Wifi USB Adapter for the Wii and DS because it's nearly impossible to set up an ad hoc network to do the same thing this little device can. I also bought the 8th One Piece movie, since it's the first Funimation release DVD... I'll be getting all the episodes when they start coming out, too... Then, I got a Gamecube Controller because my 4th controller will be going with my old Gamecube when Suz buys it.
I remember dreams within dreams, sometimes, and sometimes those memories of other dreams seem like they could easily be real memories. There's this one place that doesn't exist in real life that continually exists within my dreams, sort of a combination of my great grandmother's (now demolished) house, my own home, and my neighbor's home. There, my great grandfather, who I never met before he died, is still alive, along with my great grandmother... Sometimes, various elements from my life will sneak their way into there... like how there's tigers in the woods outside this place (I've had a mural cutout on the wall of my room at home since I was 6). At some point, my great grandparents even adopted/host a Japanese exchange girl, who plays with a young me often. Last night, this place became the center of trying to save the world from a threat in the style of xxxHOLiC. The whole time, I think I was obsessed with giving all the girls haircuts. While these events were unravelling, I began to remember past dreams of experiences that occurred within this setting... and I began to think some of these things might have a basis in reality. Maybe there's some random Japanese girl that I have blocked out of my memory who used to play with me when I was little.
tl;dr: dreams are crazy
AND finally, now that Brawl is almost done pleasing me in an immediate sense (I'll still be playing it for the next many years), I plan on finishing my usage of this WoW private server, then hopefully getting into FFXI and getting my character ready to be sold... then Apollo Justice and Pokemon... which I'll be saving for the lengths of time I'll be spending travelling. I may play One Piece: UA soon, too...
