No on Prop. 8 Campaign Needs Help!
Hey Everyone from Everywhere,
Long time no see. I'm terribly sorry for my absence, an issue I hope to correct soon. In the meantime, as we approach election day '08, I need to ask for some help out here in CA.
As you may know in May the state of California began the process of recognizing same-sex marriages. Proposition 8 is on our ballot to now place a constitutional amendment that would ban this recognition. Having been through this experience before, I am pleading with everyone reading this to PLEASE DONATE TO THE NO ON PROP 8 CAMPAIGN!
Right now the HRC (they suck for trans rights, but I'll take their assistance here) is willing to help match any funds raised between now and 10/30 @ 9pm PST. Double your money! Every bit helps. Anyone who is a US Citizen can donate, even if you live outside of CA.
Obama just raised $150 million dollars. He doesn't need the funding...we do. Please help. Even 5 bucks helps.
