So, huh. fishboyaqua-mun pointed this out to me yesterday. According to TitansGo.Net, Starfire's long lost brother is going to appear in the Titans Go! comic series in issue 46. Here is the plot summary: "Introducing…Wildfire! It's a family reunion when Starfire's long lost brother is found and visits Earth. But will he turn out to be a friend to the Titans like Starfire, or more of a foe like Blackfire?" More information and a picture of the cover can be located here.
While it's true that Starfire had a younger brother in the comic series, Aqualad-mun had two theories about this comic:
1. It's going to be a trick. Since Kitten played all of those 'villain girls', it's a possibility that this Wildfire might not be her brother after all.
2. "But will he turn out to be a friend to the Titans like Starfire, or more of a foe like Blackfire?" He's thinking that Wildfire might be a character that doesn't know his strength and might appear to be up to something. You know, I would find it suspicious too if I saw my older brother knock over a building and saying "oops my bad lol." And perhaps Blackfire has a hand in all of this.
3. Or he really could be evil like Blackfire. And poor Starfire's family issues will end up being a Dr. Phil special on a Friday night. D:
Whatever it is, I'm looking forward to it! It would be nice to include Wildfire in Starfire and Blackfire's canon history for the cartoon. :)
