Ughs...finally..
Finally saw Dark Knight last night. Terra and I enjoyed a quiet (nearly) evening with out kids.
Red Lobster and a Movie. Awesome.
Stopping Terra from standing up to tell the kids behind us to 'shut the fuck up' during the movie? Not so awesome. I wonder if it is because we were at the PoloPark Theatre. People aren't as rude during a movie in St. Vital.
Watching Dark Knight with my sweety and us giggling after wards about the best portrayal of the Joker we've seen? Awesome.
Walking thru the mall before hand and me getting hit on by some 50 year old 'cougar' in PoloPark while waiting for Terra? Not so awesome. In fact down right disturbing. Mame! You are so not a MILF.
Dinner was good. We managed to get in just before the rush. 10-15 minute wait for us. The people right behind us? An hour to an hour and a half. When the left, there were 25 people mulling around outside. See what happens when you shut down all the Red Lobster restaurants save ONE!?! Mayhem!
Terra's dinner was awesome (see how I keep saying awesome?). Mine on the other hand was not so good. I've had better Haddock at Joey's Fish and Chips. My dinner was dry, lacked lemon, and the tartar sauce tasted entirely like pickles. Maybe I'm just getting pickier. But the grilled shrimp Terra had? OH GOD! I needed to change my pants afterwards. Who ever the chef was knew how to grill seafood, including what ever sauce was used. OH GOD!
Anyways. Got day off. A little running around to do, pick up AJ, feed and bath her, and then off to D&D once Terra gets home.
