It's a bright, shining day with birds chirping and squirrels...um...squirreling...
Did you know the new Nicorette Gum that is put out on the market comes in 6 different flavors AND whiteness your teeth? It's true~! And the flavor lasts for up to 4 hours! It's true~! I am consuming the Ice Mint type. It's actually quite tastey! It's true~!
But...it's still not a cigarette! I sit here even now typing this as nico. leaches out of my system and makes it hard for me to think clearly, like thinking thru cotton. I have already lost patience with a few people.
But it's also not 'the patch' that gives me nasty rashes. The patch works great.... for the first week, then I notice the reactions to my skin. Besides in the summer the patch never stay on when I'm working. Hard to keep a patch on when you are moving a certain way or sweating from the heat.
The thing about the Gum is...it's a stop smoking method by lessening the craving. Eventually I want to cut down my smoking a day to 3-4 cigarettes a day and then just stop completely. Watch as I get hooked on gum!
I gotta keep telling myself: 'You're doing this for the kids....you're doing this for the kids...'
At least I still have my coffee. They can't take that away from me! The Cancer Society has yet to prove that coffee will kill me!
