The good news is that I did not break or fracture a rib during my workout.
The bad news is that I strained my latissimus dorsi on the right side.
The good news is that I get to miss another day of work.
The bad news is that I need the money...and the wound takes 10 days to heal properly. So it's going to take longer because I'm going to be working.
