Under 2 months!
So, in less than two months, I will be heading to Gulf Shores with a fabulous group of people. Not only will I get to spend a week on the beach, one of my favorite past times, but I'll also be there with some of my best friends. Plus Jamie is going, which is a plus I guess. Right now I'm just trying to square away all the details, like, how are we all getting down there, hopefully, I'll be driving the Blazer and Paul will be driving his dad's Caddy. If that happens, I think we're pretty much set as far as transportation goes. I'm really looking forward to this, especially since I've been away from all of my friends up in freezing Indy. It'll be really nice to just have a week to hang out with friends and not have to worry about anything, except, when to refill by drink and when to get in the water. I've also started working out on a regular basis, like 5 days a week, so that I can be in somewhat decent shape to be on the beach in a swim suit. This vacation is going to be so wonderful and while there are only going to be 3 girls there, I couldn't ask for better people to hang out with. The only drawback is that not everyone from last year's group could go, however, I think the two guys who are taking their spots will be fun to hang with for the week.
In other news, I've had both dresses ordered for the two weddings I'm in this summer. And, Sarah, asked me to be her MOH. Yay! I've already got Brittaney's dress and shoes and the good news is that I don't think I'm going to have to get the dress hemmed at all. As usual, the top will have to be taken in, sigh. I think the week in 'Bama will be great for getting a tan so I look good in both dresses since they are both pastels.
Brittaney's moving to Louisville. And I'm . . . stuck in Indy. Oh well, hopefully I'll be able to move back in August. I would love it if we were both in the same city, it would be great. But, I guess who knows where I'll be going come August. I guess it really depends on somethings that are completely out of my control. Which, we all know, does not make me happy, since I'm a slight control freak.
Anyways, I guess that's all for now. I promise I'll update sooner next time.
