Technical difficulties- repost
(excuse the lack of cut- it seems to be messing up the code when I cut)
I had my 2nd official visitation with Savannah Saturday. I brought Sidda with me because, well, both she and Savannah had asked for that and I have to admit I was excited to get them together again as well. Sidda was very anticipatory. She woke us up at 6 in the morning, her first words were, "When are we gonna go see Savvy?" She got really nervous when we got to the park, sitting on a bench quietly just looking around anxiously. They did the kid thing and fell right in to playing with each other and me in the fountain. I actually remembered to bring my bathing suit this time. The water was refreshing on the 4th of July but it was just freakin' COLD yesterday, so we didn't spend the entire time splashing. We rode the carousel and played tag in the grass and it was over too soon, but next weekend we'll get to visit even longer so we have that to look forward to. The girls were already talking about things they might want to do then.

Ok, so there was also some really good Italian Ice being sold at the park so we had some of that, too, and WOW did it change the colors of the girls' tongues! I appreciate my friends and family being so supportive/understanding/encouraging/forgiving on the way here. Especially you, Sophia. This took a long time to happen. I'm so glad that it is. I think the girls are, too.
