Oli made my birthday special. He made me an awesome brunch, got Marcus flowers to give to me (which he did and it was adorable) made me pad thai for dinner and bought me the most delicious chocolately birthday cake. All while taking Marcus off my hands for the day. Fantastic.
Another thing making my birthday great was that we got the acceptance letter from the nursery school for Marcus. He starts in April and before that we have orientation (which I'm hoping we understand SOME of). I'm trying not to think about how strange it will be for him, I know he'll get used to it quickly and they have tons of activities to keep him busy. And I will have TIME TO MYSELF! Well, to work. But still!
