spice it up?
So I have been told to spice it up a lil bit with my entries. But the thing is, i live a boring live to everyone but me. I enjoy my life! lol. Ya kno, tho, that is how it has always been; i enjoy things other don't enjoy quite as much.
Well, i am reading a good book right now--yes, brian, I do read...some--called the Great Divorce by CS Lewis. Its fiction but speaks highly to the presence of eternity in our present lives. I believe in the book he is daring us to think of our lives today as being either a part of Heaven or Hell and to stop trivializing them compared to our lives on Earth. Anyway, you should read it. I am thinking I am do something with it either for Fish School (a freshman Bible Study i am going to co lead) or with the Men's Ministry Bible Study or teach it to the youth group ive been working with this summer. Not sure what I am going to use it for if i use it.
Well, everyone takes off for Rigdecrest today. I decided not to go earlier in the summer knowing that I needed to work. I am sad tho. I wish I could g0. That place is sooo beautful and not only would friends from FSU who i havent seen all summer be there but many many of my friends from Pensacola are going to be there as well. Ok, I need to stop thinking about it.
