(no subject)
One more week. I should have the last 4 credits done by next thursday and then I'll be going back to Logan the following tuesday.
Main things I'm looking forward to is swimming and graduation. I can't wait to start my training in the pool. I don't know what it is about swimming that I gets me excited to be apart of it. I guess it could be the swim meets. I like the fear of the meet and the great relief that comes with finishing. It's not even about beating the other person for me... its about beating my own time. If someone beats me, that's just more incentive to improve myself.
Even though I'm anticipating going back to Logan, its feels like its just something I have to do to be prepared for something better. Not educationally, but personally. I've grown up in this town my whole life. I went to Searels Elementary, Barnard White Middle School and now I'm finishing at Logan. It just seems appropriate to finish where I started so I can be complete with my legal adolescence.
I got the new Korn cd and its pretty good. I also got the new System of a Down cd a week or so ago. Two of my favorite bands growing up. I might go to the Korn concert in San Jose sometime in late February.
That's it... back to homework.
