I found the perfect apartment today.
Ready for move in TODAY.
My application went through just fine.
Jessica's didn't.
waaaaaaaaaah.
An old apt. complex says she owes them money. She tried contacting them a while back about it and they said they didn't have any record of her living there. She called the tenant tracker and its only an automated service and no matter how many messages she left, they never called her back. So, this SUCKS!! The lady at the perfect apartment said she was going to get ahold of the old apt. complex and see what the deal was. So, she finally got ahold of them and they told her that they would fax her any info that had but they had to look in their records. Well, she hasnt gotten a fax yet. If they truely dont have any record of her living there (i.e. the records were lost) then we'll be fine and her application will be approved. If not, we're fucked.
I just really want this place. It's the BEST we've seen so far. I love it. I love it. I want it!
