7th week is here already!
Finally done with my crazy week! The Samahan Show was last night, and it was definitely a lot of fun participating in it. The Samahan After-Party was pretty good... a lot of people stayed pretty late, and the apartment was huge! This was my first party this quarter... I've gone at least 10 weeks without a party. The party was a lot of fun, but by the end of the night I remembered what I didn't like about the partying scene... the drunken people and there's always that kid that pukes all over himself and can't make it home alone. But besides that last hour with all the drunken people, the dance floor was definitely happening and people had a great time.
Hanna sent me the sweetest card yesterday! I was so happy to get it, and it definitely put a huge SMILE on my face. Thanks darling! I miss my Downey folk oh so much!! :)
Now it feels like there's just fun stuff lined up for the rest of the year... White Sox game on Tuesday, Dave & Busters on Wednesday, Shopping, Summer Breeze Carnival, me and my "twin" Kush's birthday, Tiffany's birthday, Tiffany's Rhythmic Bodies In Motion Dance Show, etc. I only have three finals scattered 10th and 11th week, so it shouldn't be too stressful.
Somebody came into my room at 4am, I thought it was a dream... I was pretty freaked out this morning, and from now on I'll try to make sure to close my door before I sleep. Far too many times people have walked in on me sleeping.
I definitely want to go somewhere for Spring Break next year... anybody have any great ideas?
I'll be an Orientation Leader for next year... that should be fun, being here for O-Week again. Tiffany and I will both be here for O-Week so the plan is to establish ourselves as... anything BUT "the creepy third years." :)
