last night my family and my parent's friends had dinner at a pricey sushi place in garden grove with some other folks...had some yummy pat bing soo afterwards at a cafe...
today heithaus called me and convinced and guilted me into driving down to san diego to visit him and hiro since it's their last day in cali for their swimming training. what a long drive...picked them up from their hotel in the middle of nowhere and went to red robin for dinner, then stopped by barnes and noble, and went to the la jolla jewish community center where we waited by the pool for the rest of their swim team to show up. our waitress looked at my friend john and immediately commented that he looked "pretty in pink" (he was wearing the pink polo as you can see in the pic) and he turned bright pink... if you wear pink in chicago/ohio you're cool, you're confident... if you wear it here in cali you're gay my friend! haha, jk jk. :) anyway, the drive back was boring and tiring...
this friday i'm having a get-together at my brother's office! let me know if you wanna come, i'll give you more info...
