I am sick of Sondheim
Really, Merrily We Roll Along must be the worst musical ever. The song we're doing from it for our final showcase is SO BORING. YE GODS. We get it: there are hills in the distance. Get over yourself.
On happier notes:
1)It's Friday! I get two free days to sleep in and start AP homework (errr...) and not have to wear leotards or sing for four hours!
2)We got our solo songs today and mine is a SOPRANO song that I already know so it'll be easy. "Many a New Day" from Oklahoma.
3)I'm in the Pirates of Penzance group for the showcase, which has to be the best group ever. And my friend is playing Mabel.
4)I've got the Gibberish worries off my chest.
Sooooo yeah. There are a few annoying girls here. Herpes and Britney Spears and GoGo. But almost everyone is awesome.
I'm a bit homesick.
