I BOUGHT THE ORIENTAL RADIO PHOTOBOOK
Recently I got into Oriental Radio partly because of Kinpri (OriRaji's Fujimori is Kakeru in real life I swear) so I preordered their business homo photobook... 腐女子はチョロイ!
Their manzai isn't really good but it leaves a strong impression. I think it's called rhythm manzai? Found it hard to laugh at Buyuuden at first because it was really fast, but the way they performed it is catchy!! I learnt about 8.6 sec Bazooka's Rassun Gorerai because of the 2015 version too.
Click to viewI thought it was really sad when OriRaji parodied 8.6s's Rassun Gorerai at some event broadcast, because they did it so much better than them!! And it became part of their Buyuuden act too ;u;
Anyway I fell deep for OriRaji because of Fujimori. C.H.A.R.A.M.E.G.A.N.E in real life and he has a really nice singing voice!! And TIL he lived in Hong Kong for three years when he was in middle school!! HE HAS A CANTONESE ACCENT when he speaks Japanese. もろタイプやん...
And they have a music/dance performance group called Radio Fish and while their most popular song is a trashy parody of Gangnam Style, they also have amazing songs like Paradise and 10YEARS.
Fujimori's high tones match Nakata's voice so well, it's nice to listen to them sing. I'm not sure why they are even doing manzai when they are so talented!
Thanks to them, I found Audrey's recent new ネタ and they were just as good as when I first found them 7 years ago!! Back then they were always worried about their careers on TV and I stopped following their variety shows because it was sad hearing them snapping at each other for various things, but looks like they're still getting along well! And I watched Nagareboshi's Hiji-Kamisama again and it was really funny. Much funnier than OriRaji, but somehow OriRaji has that 芸能人 flair that makes them fun to watch. It's probably the 華 that Audrey's Wakabayashi says he lacks (そんなことないのに！).
