orchestra
So I was just writing about the orchestra in the here, updating it. I was pretty close to being done to.....but for some unknown reason I was in the middle of typing and it just went away as if I had xed it out. ARRRGGGGHH. Frustration. Well, as I said before, we just had orchestra rehersal. Our conductor is really weird. A couple weeks ago he told us to play a song like we were in a beer stein in Germany playing for a mug of beer. Then, after we'd played a certain passage, he told us that we were playing the song a little to slow and he didn't mean to say to play like we were drunk. Ya, he's picked all these weird songs for the concert. He told us today before we played this song that the composer was giving this lecture on the reprocussions of suicide to a group of people, and somewhere in it he pulled out a gun and shot himself in the head in front of everyone. This song that we are playing has words that go with them. It is soooooooo creepy. Ya, this guy must have been majorly trippy. So I've had a little problem since the beginning of the rehersals for this concert. I was given the folder for first chair, third violin.....but since the first day of rehersals.....someone has been sitting there. So, consequently, I just sit in the back. I'm scared to mention it to the person becuase shes like thirty something and it would be weird bringing it up. O well....my stand partner that I have now is really good and her hair smells good......haha, not a great reason for staying where I am but it's all I can come up with right now. Well, I'm going to eat dinner now.
