The Last Kiss

The Last Kiss was funny... and depressing. I really like the way Zach Braff puts out his character even if they somewhat are similar, but the way he jokes around; I feel a connection with them and how he just puts things out there The movie felt like guys were a lot of trouble to everything in a relationship, but in the end.... both genders falter. It's one person or the other. Every relationship has its problems. Relationships, betrayals, miscommunications, lust, love, choices, and confusion. Kinda makes me question if a perfect relationship would be boring, cause there wouldn't be problems, maybe just being that boring couple that sits at dinner. At least it's consistent. :p

If I were to compare this to Garden State, well Last Kiss felt more raw, than what Garden State had with Natalie Portman being the solution to Zach's life. :p All the characters in Last Kiss showed their flaws and their perfections. I could like this one person in the movie, and realize it a while later that wow that's pretty rotten.

I enjoyed it, and definately keeps me thinking in a better way, I hope! I also want to see the Italian one, which was mentioned in the opening credits, "L'Ultimo Bacio"

Also have to mentioned having a call from Nicki and Kelly and hearing a live version of their songs, as well as finding out that they went to a 7:40 viewing of the Last Kiss, which was the same time for my showing. What a coincidence. :p

Shea's Performing Arts accepted me as a volunteer, and I'm going to be working with them next week. I'm excited, even though it's restoration work. I'll still gain some basic knowledge of what they are doing to clean certain materials. I'm not sure if the methods are approved under conservation methods. :p

Next Friday, I'm meeting up with my internship to learn more about the cleaning module program on campus somewhere.
