Last time we made cookies with these proportions, they came out fine. So what the hell did we do this time to fuck it up?

The dough is all dry and crumbly and greasy, like I could squeeze it real hard and butter would come out, and when baked, it... doesn't really lose its shape. Sure, it's probably going to be an interesting exercise in molding dough, but.... I think the dough itself now tastes more... greasy buttery than peanut buttery. :/ ... Yeah I might have added a bit of butter when it seemed too dry, and naturally that made it worse! So we'll see.
