Trying to look your best isnt a two step process, it takes time, effort, and patience. Pick out the right cologne pick out the right clothes skillfully do your hair taking the painstaking time to make sure not a hair is out of place make sure you have style and everything matches so you can represent "you" at 110%.
Roses dont buy themselves. They dont just magically appear in a guys hand. We dont have magical powers that let us summon roses at will.
Plans dont plan themselves and reservations arnt something easy to come across. Time and effort have to go into both of those. Not only or those two part of the equation but a guy tries his very best to pick something youll enjoy doing. He may hate the shit out of it but i can vouch for any guy, if it puts a smile on your face it was worth it.
So when a guy goes through all of these wakes his ass up after only getting four hours of sleep and then goes and stands in the rain to get a reservation at goldys dont ditch out. If it is really that bad of a thing tell him up front dont let him find out while hes waiting outside your dorms, in rain, that you arnt coming.
