We're home. We've been
home for two days now, but we didn't get power until 7:30 Tuesday evening. So it's a damn good thing we didn't have band. Because I would have been nasty.
Evacuation sucked. I never got to drive.. because my mother is a nazi. And I had to stay in a house, WITH MY ENTIRE FAMILY... INCLUDING GRANDMA DORRIS- WHO'S 90 OR SOMETHING AND FORGOT HER
HEARING AIDS AND HAPPY PILLS.... and my crazy aunt
who gets all of these miniature dogs and dresses them up.. and my BIG, OVEREXCITED dog.. OMG. The headphones were glued to my head the entire time. I sat in my corner and wrote or doodled in my journal. And slept alot. Which is good, because I didn't sleep well last night, crammed into a
room with five other people, sharing A/C. God damn. But, my cat is okay.. my truck is okay.. and that makes me happy. Also, the fact that I've gotten to wear these crazy-comfy airy skirts because it's so damn MUGGY here makes me happy. I look all cute-like. ;) Well.. in my mind I do.
There were some crazy truckers checking me out at a truck stop on the way there. Kind of creepy.
I've used the word "crazy" far too much recently. So I'm going to bed. And finish reading the last Harry Potter book! Because the new one comes out Friday! If Marika was here, I'd get her to dress up and go with me. But the whore's in NEW EFFING YORK.
Lucky bitch.
Night!
