Since I already finished my New Years Revolution, quitting smoking, stop doing drugs, quit drinking soda, get a job, and also getting back into school, I found a new one to try to complete. This one is probably going to be the hardest of all and it is to actually get into a 8 hour sleeping schedule and no longer than eight to nine hours a day. Also it can not be dependent on a adderall addiction or caffeine. Since I quit doing drugs and alos quit drinking soda, I've been sleeping for up to 10 hours on some days. I also want to get alot more active and spend atleast 3 hours a day outside this summer.
