When will the world be more genorous,
cause i want to know how im so selfish
the kids used to be friends with thoughts not grand
not im lost in this desert, and my minds on the sand
how many particles make up the whole
my minds just one grain, im losing my soul

got lost in the feeling that repeated so perfectly
but now i cant leave this abyss of shadows
walking with my body in the sun
how do you keep going after dawn?
life is now my personal circle, im consumed within
baby, dont come finding me when the light goes thin

remembering the moments used to be my escape
to a knowledge of good to come
my heart slowed down and left me wrapped in red tape
