wow right about now i want to kill traeder and long. geez i barely survived todays conditioning-what about tommorrows mile? im SO gonna die. ok heres a play by play of how i did today even though nobody cares but THATS OK.

beginning-we passed to ourselves. i got to like 56 and dropped it then i just kinda gave up and dropped it on purpose cuz my arms hurt. then we passed and stuff w/ a partner (mary) and i felt bad cuz my balls kept flying everywhere. then we passed to coach jenkins which was ok i was doing pretty well then we went to coach k and well she hits hard so i wasnt doing v. well. then i found out i was a defensive specialist and joined my fellow DSs and there were only 3 of us. first we ran sprints for 5 min, did blocking and wallsits for 5 min, jumped mini hurdles for 5 min, ran up and down stairs for 5 min, then finally rested for 5 min. i got dizzy around the mini hurdles so i kinda rested a little. then we hit. wow i was having a special hitting day. out of 11 balls, 4 went over. 1 was out. then we did 20 crunches, 15 pushups, 25 crunches, 20 pushups, 30 crunches, 25 pushups, 40 crunches, 30 pushups, then 50 crunches and 10 pushups but we had to pause for 3 sec everytime we went down. then the ds's passed to setters and i was doing REALLY well if i do say so myself. then we jumped over minihurdles, did wall jumps, and ran around outside which was easy cuz u could walk as soon as u were out of the coach's sight. then we played queen of the court which was fun. nikale and i rememberd out basketball/magical sock days. then i went home half dead. it doesnt sound that bad now that i look back on it...but i have no stamina. whatsoever.
