couldn't sleep last night coz of the stupid amateur fag singing contest 5 houses from ours.
i did sleep, at around 4am.
woke up at 5:30am coz i need to come to the PRC office to file my application for the board exams.
damn! my head hurts..
we arrived at around 7:30 and immediately fell in line.
i was actually doing ok until it was my turn to submit my forms.
MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE WAS NOT ACCEPTED!!!
that bitch on window 8 told me it had to be from the NSO and although my paper was certified by an NSO officer, it can't be accepted.
i went to the NSO in pasay to get one. and i'll be claiming it tomorrow @ 3pm.
shit! the application deadline is on the 29th!!!
i have to file it on friday.. the last day is on monday... or else.....
