I had a package coming in from overseas, 3 it was supposed to arrive in 3 days and was shipped by this company called DHL. Suffice to say I've not been impressed. I got the tracking number and would check online. As you can see, shipped on the 10th and made it to the US the next day and then Canada the same day not bad at all. Then it stayed in WInnipeg, I sent 5 emails and none were returned and tried to get a call through without response. When I did get a call through nobody could tell me more than it was in Winnipeg. Finally today I got ahold of somebody who said there was duty due on it (which is a problem since there should not be any duty on a set of letters and photographs from a friend but I'll deal with that. They said I was not contacted because they did not have any contact info. Then to verify my id they asked me for information to check against their records. I asked what would be acceptable and they said address or phone number (which means they had my phone number) So they wanted me to pay then $2.41 for it. and said it would then be shipped home. within 24-48 hours. I pointed out that it said COD and asked why it was sent and was not given an answer in that regard. She's passing on info to send it out tonight so hopefully by Friday I'll have it. I'm not impressed with DHL at all at the moment. This is almost as bad as when Canadian customs unpacked the keyboard I bought for sue, valued it at 4 times the amount as the receipt said, didn't bother repacking it and broke it last Christmas..

On a brighter note I have the day off, shoveled the snow and started to drill holes and wire up a set of arcade controls I'm putting together.
