Everyone who voted for Bush is a complete fucktard. I don't care if I've known you my entire life, if we're best friends, if we've shared a "moment," whatever. If you voted for Bush, you are a fucking moron

1. Clinton's administration did not have the information that the attack was right about to happen. Bush's administration had many repeated warnings, yet chose not to act on them. And this entry did not praise, or even mention, Clinton.
2. People supported it because of the fast way it was pushed through Congress. And, remember, this was directly after 9/11. No one wanted to reject a bill that had the word "patriot" in it.
3. I disagree that being close minded is better than having no opinion. If you have no opinion, that leaves you open to understanding other people's views and ideas. If you're close-minded, then your opinion is that your views are the only correct views. Also, Bush does take the opinion of who supports him, as all politicians do. It's a political motive.
4. Yes, and we've really done such a great job of shutting down Al-Qaeda when their leader and financial backer is still in power and able to work. That makes a whole lot of sense.
5. No, your view of the UN is completely distorted. There are 191 countries in the UN right now, with less than 10 (including the US) having the power to veto actions. Therefore, we are given more power than other countries within the UN. The UN works to keep peace among those nations and provide a forum for issues. If we isolate our allies, we're leaving ourselves susceptible to being overturned as a world superpower. We need allies if we want peace. And yes, Washington did advise against 'entangling alliances,' and we do have a lot of those. The UN, however, is not one, because it is a massive alliance between most countries of the world. It's not between 3 countries like NAFTA or anything. We had no right to go into Iraq. Yes, Saddam Hussein is a bad man, no one is arguing against that. But if we had said, we're invading to get rid of this evil dictator, it'd be a little more understandable. However, Bush's administration claimed to be ridding the world of "WMDs," and boy, were our faces red when none of those showed up. The UN had the right to inspect first, and we were just way too impatient and overly eager to invade that country. PSST...I like how there was a closed-bid deal on Iraq's restoration--that happened to grant the rights to Halliburton, where the VP happened to have been president. Imagine the odds.
6. Yes, it's true that the baby boomers will suck a lot out of Social Security, and it's also true that a lot of people don't live to get their Social Security. But that doesn't make it right for Bush to be able to take money out of that. I don't give a shit if he doesn't have money for his war. He shouldn't cut taxes then. His "logic" makes absolutely no sense.
7. I am personally supportive of the troops. I know they had no choice as to whether we went to Iraq or not. But that doesn't mean I don't have the right to protest the war. I am given the right to my opinion, and not being able to voice it because we need a "united front" is stupid. Also, I don't think a united front is that great. I don't want the entire world to think (as they already do) that everyone in America is an arrogant power-hungry asshole. We should not be there. And it's obvious. We've fucked everything up since we got there.
Ok...that person was obviously as dumb as Bush and Jill should now write an entry on them...I personally laughed throughout their response and had to stop myself from trying to reach through the computer screen and beat the living crap out of whoever that was. But i am a sane resonable person that realizes southern hicks and dumbasses are the sole reason Bush was re-elected...if you want to argue with me please go to this site... http://chrisevans3d.com/files/iq.htm
