I am pissed off at something legitimate this time. Not just my computer, or things that I could probably fix if I wanted to, but something that I couldn't fix even though I would love to.
People being fucking idiots.

It is not just because this stupid little bitch is praising God for "grabbing Japan by the shoulders and shaking it" that I am angry, although that overwhelming insensitivity certainly doesn't help. So I'm going off on a tangent for a moment with an acrostic poem:
Can you seriously believe it was a good thing that all those people got hurt, and all those lives were lost, and all those homes and businesses--peoples' shelter and livelihoods--were destroyed? What the HELL is wrong with you?!
Unbelievable.
Nothing excuses this kind of response, this behavior.
That you would even think that is just...I can't even think of the proper words.
Now on to my rant. I am a bitter, resentful, judgmental, and often cruel bitch-type person. So any negative adjectives any Bible-Thumpers want to throw at me...? I DON'T CARE.
Here's what bothers me about religion:
Let me just say this:
IF I believed in God, my God would be awesome. My God would not smite people just because they didn't believe in him. My God would be laid back and forgiving. My God wouldn't even see a need for forgiving people who didn't believe in him because he would have given them free will, and therefore it would be their choice not to spend every fucking second worrying about whether or not they were pleasing him. My God would let people take care of their own fucking selves and would not take credit for anything GOOD or BAD that happened. Again, free will. My God would watch us like we watch TV. My God is interested in us. He thinks we're cool. He doesn't want to interfere and cause us extreme pain, because he's not a sadist. My God doesn't even know what Hell is. My God thinks you can go where ever the fuck you want when you die, just don't flip a bitch when you accidentally step on an ant.
In short, my God's philosophy is
KEEP CALM
and
DON'T FREAK
THE FUCK OUT
