The sun had been out for a little while at least, Arashi had stood by the windows in the kitchen and enjoyed it along with the peace and general quiet that it seemed to bring. Something that was at times in short supply around Fandom.

Ino fidgeted on the front step, still not sure if she should bother knocking or just... go back to her room. Not, mind, that her room as an improvement. But what if she just wound up bothering him? She didn't want to be work for anyone.

Taking a deep breath, she knocked quickly before she changed her mind. She wanted her Dad right now. This was... the closest she was going to get.

Arashi looked up and headed over to the door, surprised to see Ino on the front step and she looked upset. "Ino? Is everything all right?"

This... this was a stupid idea. He hadn't expected to see her, and who knew what she was interrupting? What if he'd been busy? Ino looked down and fidgeted, fighting the urge just to leave. "Sorry to bother you, Yondaime-sama."

"It's okay," he smiled and shook his head, opening the door for her to come in. "What's going on?"

Ino stepped inside, glancing around in an attempt to avoid answering the question before saying, "It's no big deal." Yeah, it was.

"Do you think I'm insecure because I want someone to say that they like me out loud?"

That really wasn't the kind of question Arashi had been expecting and it showed.

"Ahh... well. That's a pretty hard question, but honestly no. I don't think you are," he assured her. "Come on into the ktichen, I'll make you some tea and tell you a story okay?"

"Tell that to him." Ino muttered, glad at least that someone agreed with her that she wasn't expecting too much. Stupid Kabuto. She peeked up at Yondaime-sama, "What kind of story?"

"Well," he said as they walked into the kitchen and he started some tea. "Did you know I'm married?" He couldn't remember if he'd ever mentioned it to Ino or not.

She nodded, watching him and wondering where this was going. "To Deadpool-san."

Which, you know, was still a bit weird. Ino liked Deadpool though, despite his hideous fashion sense. He didn't beat around the bush when she'd asked him about psychopaths.

"Well we've been married since last spring and he only jsut told me that he loved me a little over a month ago," he smirked and brought them the tea. "For some people it's just really difficult for them to say things about how they feel."

Arashi was still really curious about who Ino was talking about.

"... and yet... you got married..?" Ino was pretty sure even if it was hard to say... "Isn't love supposed to be uh, at least mentioned before marriage?"

She was also pretty sure she'd be in trouble if she came out and mentioned Kabuto's name. "He's... complicated."

"It's a long story," he chuckled and shook his head. "At first we were just married because well, lets just say that there were mobsters involved and it was our only way out at the time," Arashi said lamely.

"Yeah? Well it can take time. I was unsure about Wade for a long time, but even though he didn't come out and say that he loved me, he did little things that let me know. What about this person that you're interested in?"

"Marriage." Ino blinked. "As a way out." And mobsters?

She looked down, thinking of the best way to be honest... without being honest. "He did say that if he didn't like me at least a little then he wouldn't be anywhere near me," she said, "but then he turned around and said if I was going to be all insecure about it then he wouldn't bother."

Arashi gave her a cup of tea and sat down, leaning back into the chair. "Well, I hate to say it, but he might have a point. Would you want to be with someone if you had to constantly assure them that, yes, you wanted to be with them? After some time it would get tiring don't you think?"

Ino wrinkled her nose at him. "I don't ask for it constantly. But he said he doesn't do anything besides work and so I asked him if I was work and he wouldn't answer." She stared at the tea, "What else was I supposed to ask?"

"Well, he did say he doesn't do anything besides that," Arashi pointed out with a smirk. "But if he works all the time, maybe he's the kind of person to enjoy work?"

The converstaion was making Arashi more and more curious as to who this person was though. "If I knew who you were talking about I might be able to help more."
