Hey guys I haven't posted in a while so i thought i should let ya know whats going on.
Prom was awesome. I had a great time. Jason was a great date. Too bad I'm so dancing impared. Good thing we left early to see Star Wars III. Which was also awesome.
I have been sick lately and its been really sucky.
Our final concert was last thursday. I almost didn't preform becuase i had laringitis. But i decided to tough it out and lipsink. Which was well worth it ( look 4 "w" words in a row) because later that night i was awarded Student of the year. Thats right the Big Kahuna of Choir.
For Chamber Choir and Vocal Ensemble we have been recording a lot lately. But unfortunately I am still sick. SO its been very difficult.
Also Vocal Ensemble is holdng Try outs for next year and the turn out was great. There is about 60 kids trying out for 8 spots 3 guys and 5 girls. And as a graduating Senior i get to watch them and judge them. Its fun to see all these kids squirming in their boots about going and singing infront of all these kids. They shake and look so frightened, But before they know it they'll be in my position thinking the same thing about the new kids. Funny how that works.
For graduation we are singing Lonesome Road. I'm pretty sure that I'm going to start crying when we sing the song. We sang it two years ago and I almost cried then so I am deffinately going to cry this time.
