For too long, we have stood by idle.
Once, Tetha was known as a safe haven to any and all that populated this world. It was a land of peace, and of understanding.
Hououmon's vision has been perverted and twisted into a police state which now seeks to spread its malicious intent the world over.
For that, I, Dukemon, apologize. In the end, this folly was ours.
We Area Leaders were too content to safe guard our own borders. Only one Area Leader dared to stand and even attempt to be a shield to the attacks being flung at this world's core, with a group of Tamers his sword.
Now, though, because of this, TigerVespamon is no longer with us.
Ravemon is too far gone.
We can stand by no longer.
SaberLeomon, TyrantKabuterimon, and I, Dukemon hereby announce a coalition of our forces, with the addition of troops from Sanctity and the Putrid Ruins, to remove Ravemon from the power he has so defiantly misused.
Not just us, either. Tamers, too, from around this world, will join with us, for when I say "brothers and sisters" I refer not just to our own kind. This world belongs to all who live in it, no matter what they are, no matter their creed, no matter their origin.
We will put aside past differences, as we are joined by splinter forces of the Dark Area Army led by their Genearl, Matadormon.
For those that have long since fought for this world's safety, the Halberd of the Dai Gurren Brigade will be our flagship.
All who wish to fall under our banner, call to us, and we will find you. All who oppose Ravemon, he who has sought power from the darkest of devils himself, prepare to rise up.
This is our Digital World.
We shall not surrender it so easily.
