((Okita opens it. It is ginseng))

Saito: The shopkeeper told me it's very nutritious.
Okita: How do I eat it?
Saito: I don't know...
Okita: Thank you.
((Saito turns and leaves))
Okita: Saito, why do you visit?
((Saito stops.))
Okita: No, I really appreciate it. I've always wanted to be like you. You are quiet, responsible and respectful. I wish I could be like you.
Saito: No, don't become like me. That is why I visit you.
((Much later))
Hijikata: Okita, I have something for you.
((Hijikata takes out some ginseng))
Okita: Oh no thanks, I still have the ones Saito gave me. And Kondo gave me a basket, too. See?
OMG BEST EPISODE EVER. Except for the part where Shingo gets shot. I'm going to call UTB on Monday to see if I can buy it.
Oh, and Dotchi was Tenpura Udon v. Hayashi Chuka. Hayashi Chuka won (of course). I love the one my grandma makes, just the sauce, noodles and cucumbers. And I know why Tsuyoshi is so skinny. It is because he always chooses the wrong side on Dotchi, so he never gets to eat.
