Unpleasant coincidence
Today is exactly a month since my dog died, a dog I'd had for over twelve years, and as I was thinking about this, I remembered that it is also exactly 16 years since my dad died. I don't know what makes me sadder, the coincidence in dates, or the fact that I remembered my dog first.
