That's because Fai raided Kuro-girl's underwear drawer! After buying most of what's inside for her, in the first place... XD

Fai probably stole all of Kurogane's clothes leaving her nothing but sexy things dresses and super girly clothes.

Of course, Fai's the one that initially tries all of it on to make sure it will fit both of them.

Fai's with Kurogane, he probably enjoys her version of tough love.
