Decent News.
Well, my case manager called me today, and told me that if I am approved for the Unemployment benefits, I will be paid what I am owed from date of termination to the date I can start calling weekly for my benefits. That decision will take seven to ten business days. If Wal-Mart tries to appeal, I can appeal their decision, not to mention I have a potential lawyer to back my case should they try to deny me. Yay~
