Started off with low fat cheese ravioli for breakfast. D: Only later did I remember the oatmeal... but either way I guess breakfast starts the metabolism for the day. I had to get up around 6:30 AM because my grama got up then. ;_; And my brother is here so I can't walk/jog in the house.
I attempted Callanetics with my laptop yesterday... and grama laughed at me. ;_; I felt so terrible. I felt like an utter nincompoop. I finally got in 10 minutes of aerobics after she went to sleep... but it was soon time for me to go to bed to wake up early. ._.; Better than nothing...
Today I see my boyfriend. If the weather permits I'll ask him to walk with me through his neighborhood. After all, he needs to lose weight too. :O Though I like him chubby. He looks like he lost some since he lost his job and doesn't go out to eat at work. ._.; I'm on my period now and I never lose weight on it. *sigh* Even if I work out I end up hungrier than a pig.
