Crap...

353 pounds now.  Not good.  I was 355 last time I went to the doctor... so maybe the new diet is helping.  (I've been on it a week...)  But it's going too slow...  so now I'm gonna start walking in my house since I can't go out and leave grama alone.  I did 35 minutes today.  I'm going to slowly increase it to an hour at least...  My brother moved out so he can't watch grama while I walk now...

The new diet.  When I go out to eat.  Salad!  At home I don't have a stove, oven, or toaster oven.  Only a microwave.  @_@;  So I have to make a lot of microwave meals.  I eat vegetarian "burgers" or "chicken" without the bun for less carbs.  I also have diet TV dinners in porportional sizes (also vegetarian of course...)  And I couldn't give up my pizza... so I found these new 200 calorie single serving cheese and tomato pizzas!  I also have been buying healthier snacks.  Dried fruit, applesauce, reduced fat crackers...

:3  My doctor said my diet was fine before I changed it... but I just needed to work out since I wasn't burning what I ate.  Since I can't work out as much... I decided to go on a diet... but it's going so SLOW.  I know 2 pounds in a week is good... but still... ;_;  I need to cosplay this summer... and I'm not gonna do it this big!!
