We're eating Chinese food tonight.

Today I ate...
2 servings canned corn
1 serving mini donuts
1 serving of potato chips

For dinner I'm having veggie lo mein. I think right now I'm focusing or portioning out my food. I wonder if that will work versus cutting out all "bad" foods. It seems that eating some instead of none helps prevent binging on it later. @_@
