Strangely, painful legs cause me to become productive
First off, I've posted some more of the photos I took with my fisheye camera, since I managed to finally get them developed. Click HERE if you're curious! I've posted some icons HERE, too - I've had them finished for over two months but nevr got around to uploading them or anything. This offering is Bleach, NGEva and a lot of signs. Including one bearing the legend of "Caution! Zombies! Ahead!"
I was over at my Grandma and Grandad's yesterday - supposedly for my Grandad's birthday, but I then found myself playing waitress and cleaner for a Church garden party. I wouldn't have minded so much if I had been given fair warning, but I thought we were having a nice birthday meal so I wore my red high-heels. I was rushing around for over five hours, cleaning up after people and generally being hauled on by the elbow by a large number of elderly women who wanted to know who I was. Ugh, I wanted to cry by the end. My feet and legs are still painful, and I only had around half an hour to enjoy a little food myself. On the plus side, the food WAS excellent (many desserts to try, hee!) and it turns out people were actually very impressed with my attempts to keep everyone happy. It's odd, but in that sort of a situation I tend to just throw on a mask of confidence and let myself whimper and cringe afterwards.
Today I woke up, still exhausted, to the wonderful sensation of my legs screaming. Ugh. Which is why all this uploading and such has finally happened - sitting down is jut far too lovely!
