Nameless Bunnies

We have 2 new, adorable bunnies! They've been living in their hutch in the dining room, but today we finally got the new fence (required because our neighbour is psycho and decided she didn't want to do it herself, despite the fact that she'd taken down the last divide) up and turfed the run, so they're out in the garden for the first time tonight. They seem pretty hyped up about it too - the hutch is 2 levels and they keep dashing up and down the ramp and around the doors. The only problem now is that Mum refuses to name them until Victoria gets home.

I just find that sad, that they're going to have to wait a week to be named. "No one should be nameless." You know? It just seems really sad to me. I wouldn't want to be without a name. So I've been calling them Bill and Ben (yes, like the flowerpot men, because I'm English and sad like that)!

Aren't they sweet?! They're adorable! They're a crossbreed, one half Dutch and the other Netherland something. Basically, they're teeny-weeny and won't grow very big. We weren't going to get any rabbits until the run and everything was already complete, but then Mum went out to get the hutch and saw these little cuties.

Sorting the fence out has been a pain in the neck, though. The woman next door took out a shed that made up half the partition, and set up a lattice-work fence. Now that we've moved our little shed to put the rabbit hutch in she's decided she wants a taller, fully panelled fence so that people "can't see in from the street." The hutch is nearly the same height as the shed to start with, but besides that there's our garden and a massive hedge in the way of hers. But I think my parents are just tired of everything. So Dad and I ended up going to pick up two 5-foot by 6-foot panels (on foot, since they wouldn't fit in the car) this morning - they ended up being too heavy, so Dad took one home and I waited half an hour on a random street for him to walk back for the other. I tried to help as much as I could, and now my arms AAAAACHE.

Oh! I got an awesome postcard from my sister.

Yes, that signpost does say "Planet Skaro 12000000"! *is a geek*

Scary news in the British countryside - there's a scary-sounding gunman who's on the run and has declared "war" on the police. Rothbury, I think. Suddenly I'm even more glad than usual that I live in an urban area.

Yes, new layout, although I might switch it out for something with a slightly darker palette. Hmm. There just seems to be so very much white. Although, it's summer, so maybe something light and bright is appropriate? We'll see. I'll probably check out a few comms and see if I fall in love with anything.

I'm still so much in love with Final Fantasy 12. I'm dreading the point where it ends - it's been out for ages, so of course I have ended up unable to avoid one or two spoilers, and they already make me so sad! But the game is way too much fun, and I'm sure the ending will cheer me up. Please-oh-please, Square Enix. DX

Alright, I think I've bored you all enough. Much love!
