(no subject)
I haven't blogged in over 2 weeks. Must be some kind of record XD
So... pre-Otakon was extremely busy for me with working on Amy's bridesmaid dress and then my own cosplays... which I didn't even bother to bring with me @_@. Post-Otakon has also been extremely busy, but that's kind of a good thing. Been hanging out with people like crazy. I really miss being able to do that. Work really sucked since I had to work 6 days a week. Now I'm so free it's like hell yeah let's hang out!
On Thursday I decided just to send out a whole bunch of Facebook messages to all the Columbus crew that I haven't seen in ages. Since Gameworks has a good deal on time cards Thursday night, I decided to go and meet up with some of them. One thing I must remember... do not wear tight jeans if playing any sort of rhythm dancing game >_< I didn't even pass A on DDR X. Whmm... does anyone else think the pads feel weird? Or maybe it's just our machine at GW. Like I'm pretty much stomping through the songs >_< Even Katie mentioned that it's hard to do the hold arrows. And I gotta actually jump on the down arrow with both feet just to change the difficulty _o_ Eh... I rather just play on the Extreme machine. SuperNova2 broke T_T Katie and I played some Pump It Up as well but then some stupid kids were getting impatient and wanted to play so I just gave them the credit I had in the machine -_- Street Fighter 4 and Tekken 6 had a huge line so Adam didn't get to play that at all =/ But yeah I got to at least meet up with Arnell, Katie, Adam, Avi, Jacob, and Marcell there. Jamis said he would possibly come next Thursday. Hopefully Sean will as well.
I'm pretty much tied up every weekend until the start of October x_X so if you want to make plans with me, it will probably have to be during the weekday.
This weekend: going to the farmers market and possibly a movie
Weekend of the 29th: Matsuricon (I almost forgot about this XD)
Labor Day weekend: I'm actually FREE ...maybe...
Weekend of Sept. 12th: Arnell's birthday weekend
Weekend of Sept. 19: Anime Weekend Atlanta ♥
Weekend of Sept 26: New York Anime Festival
Halloween weekend: Youmacon
