Cop outs = the lamest excuse ever!!!
I hate cop outs. They are the lamest, stupidest, most useless excuse ever for not doing something. The most recent cop out that has angered me is that someone told me that since the economy is in the toilet, there aren't any jobs out there so I'm just not going to look for one since there isn't a job for me to get and I'm going to complain about not having any money because I can't get a job since there aren't any jobs to get. I want to scream and strangle said person and said person who told this person that there weren't any jobs because this person is now using that as justification for their cop out of not looking for a job to become a functioning, useful member of society. I really hate them both, and what's worse is that I know them both and they both still fucking suck!!!!
Why is it that people can't take responsibility for their actions and decisions? I don't fucking understand!!! Is it that fucking hard to admit that you made a choice and that was your choice? Really? Is it? How hard is it to say that, yes, this is something that I decided to do and I take responsibility for that decision? I understand if you don't want to get a job, especially since there are certain people who are making your life a pampered heaven to a point where you have absolutely no reason to look for a job since you are being provided with everything that you could ever want- like money, an available car, not having to pay rent among other things. All I want is for you to admit that it is your choice that you don't want to get a job, that it is your choice to just not look for a job and you take responsibility for that choice. But apparently, that is asking too fucking much. Apparently, taking responsibility for that choice would involve growing up past the maturity of my pinkie toe nail and that is just asking too fucking much!! You are past the age where your parents shouldn't have to wipe your ass and take care of everything, but instead it is easier to stay a child and just complain about people treating you like a child and basically giving you everything that you could ever want.
Society is going to hell and a hand basket, but no one will take responsibility for that either. There are choices that I am watching people make that just make me want to scream and smack someone. There are obvious answers to problems that have been created, but apparently, those answers are just too fucking easy and would involve common sense- which apparently, is not that common.
Oh, oh and another thing, school- college in particular. I hate it when people use the excuse of not having any money in order to not go to school, especially when you have no job as well. In one scholarship book alone, I found over 100 scholarships that I qualify for- none of which are dependent on your GPA, test scores, or anything else like that. Most of them are things like- must be female, and enrolled in or thinking about enrolling in a community college, university, trade school or job training program- and you get $5000. How difficult is that???? Really? These people are handing out money, basically throwing it at people and all you have to do is raise your hand and make it known that you want said money, but not a single person does that. Then these same people who don't apply for said money, complain about not having money from the job they don't have and the scholarships that they don't apply for so they can go to school to get a degree/certificate/job training for a job they won't get.
IT"S FUCKING RETARDED!!!!!!! It makes me so fucking angry, I want to scream!!!!!! I'm sick of hearing the complaints from these same people about the same fucking things that are perfectly fixable through simple things that anyone can fucking figure out!!!!
