Im not exactly the best speaker on this topic....but I can try and offer some comfurt if you need it. I will be there for you if you need to talk.
Its always cruel when something we love so dearly is taken from us. It leaves a hole inside of us that we find can never be filled, and we never want to fill it. But what is the most precious we find is the gifts that the person has left us. The momories to make us smile and laugh and the lessons that were learnt together. Nothing and no one can ever take their place and in a way the memories become an embodiment of them accompanying you through out life...though perhaps not physically like once --which is heart breaking....but emotionally and mentally. In a way....if there is someone still thinking about them...they never die. Though she may not be with you right now I get the sense that she is freer and still in the happy state she was. I have never met her, though I wish I had. And like Yira-san said I too can see the influence she has had over you...and im happy to have known that she influenced you in such a good way. She will be in my thoughts tonight and also everyone that got affected by her sad passing.
