*huggles you* Almost everything you said about her, I could say about you. I'm sure she felt the same way about you. Probably felt the same pride that I've felt for you.
If it helps any at all: if she was like mother nature herself, then I'm sure her spirit is with the winds and the trees playing with them. She could be the wind that plays with your hair. The sunlight that gives the plants their life. No matter what, she will always be with you, if not in body, then in spirit and mind.
I may not know what she was like or what her beliefs were.. but this is what I think. It's not fair that she was taken.. but perhaps, if my theory is true, then maybe she will be doing more for the world and is happy for it.
From what you just typed, I can see where she's influenced you. I can see bits of her in you. I think you'll always have that. And I think.. it's not about doing as much as she did.. but doing as much as you can to the best of your ability and keeping her in mind while doing it.
